We will work with you to include whatever services you need for your specific space. 

Weekly or Bi-Weekly Refresh

$50/Hour (max 3 hrs per visit)

$50 minimum charge per visit

$25 extra pet fee added per visit (for long-hair pets)

Services include but not limited to:

Change bedding

Bathrooms

Kitchen

Floors

Dusting

Deep Cleaning ($ Prices will vary depending on the scope of the project. Let's talk!)

Let us refresh your space for each guest! 

(Our goal here is that the guest feels as if they're the first ones to ever stay. This is a HOTEL clean and disinfect)

We will work with you to include the services you need for your specific space.  

2/3 Bed 2/3 Bath home ($75-$150)

1 Bed 1 Bath ($50 minimum)

Services include but not limited to:

Wash and change bedding and towels (extra charge for laundry done off-site)

Bathrooms (toilet, sinks, shower, counters, floors, restock of items)

Kitchen (wipe all surfaces, appliances, scrub sink, dishes cleaned and put away, items restocked)

Floors (vacuum and mop)

Dusting 

Empty all garbage 

Clean fingerprints off windows and sliding doors

Set-up (varies between each home)

Let us do the dirty work so you can keep up the good work!
